Start with a role, not a face
An AI influencer is a constructed persona that appears in content and interacts with an audience through its publishing presence. Visual consistency can make it recognisable, but a coherent subject and point of view give people a reason to return. Decide what the persona explains before generating a library of portraits.
Write a one-page character brief
Define the intended audience, recurring topics, tone and boundaries. For example, a fictional home-studio assistant could explain lighting setups using diagrams and real equipment references. It should not claim to have photographed real clients or used a product it has never used. Keep approved visual references and disclosure wording with the brief.
Keep the series honest
Label fictional or synthetic presentation clearly when it could be mistaken for a real person or experience. Obtain permission for supplied likenesses and voices. Review each post for accidental claims of personal experience, and make it clear who is responsible for the account.
Your next brief
Put these decisions in writing before you start production. A short brief gives the creator and reviewer the same standard to work towards. Keep the approved source material with the final file so the next version can build on the work rather than start again.
- Role. Name the recurring job the character performs.
- Continuity. Compare each new scene with the approved reference.
- Authorship. Keep the operator and synthetic nature understandable.
