FLUX 3 Video: verify the product before planning a campaign

A verification checklist for ambiguous model names, provider claims and generation workflows.

A model name is not enough

Black Forest Labs introduced FLUX 3 in early access as a multimodal model covering images, video and audio. Its official announcement describes video with audio up to twenty seconds. Confirm the exact provider, access route and operation before assuming a third-party integration exposes the same capabilities.

Ask for a reproducible route

Record the provider, model identifier, supported input and output format. Check whether the service is generating still images, animating images or producing video through another model. Those are different workflows and can involve different rights and billing.

Test the actual deliverable

Use a simple product scene and inspect object shape, text and motion. Save the prompt and settings so the result can be repeated. Do not base a production commitment on a promotional example that cannot be tied to the service you can access.

Your next brief

Put these decisions in writing before you start production. A short brief gives the creator and reviewer the same standard to work towards. Keep the approved source material with the final file so the next version can build on the work rather than start again.

  • Identity. Find an official model reference.
  • Route. Record the actual provider and operation.
  • Result. Review the exported file against the brief.
