Build one complete idea
Open with a situation the audience recognises, demonstrate or explain the point, and finish the promise. For a productivity app, show one task becoming clearer. Avoid adding unrelated tips just to stretch the duration.
Improve the next version deliberately
Keep the original brief, note what viewers asked and identify one change worth testing. A clearer opening, stronger demonstration or more relevant audience can each be a useful experiment. Change too many things at once and the learning becomes ambiguous.
Your next brief
Put these decisions in writing before you start production. A short brief gives the creator and reviewer the same standard to work towards. Keep the approved source material with the final file so the next version can build on the work rather than start again.
- Objective. Name the useful outcome.
- Structure. Deliver what the opening promises.
- Iteration. Make one explainable improvement.
