Start with your workload

To evaluate MakeUGC pricing, first count the work involved in creating product-oriented clips with a synthetic presenter. Write down how many usable results you need, how much source material you have and how many people will review the work.

Confirm generation allowances, revision costs and renewal terms. Budget for the number of approved videos, not the largest advertised output count.

This guide explains what to cost. It does not reproduce a live checkout or promise a particular price. Confirm your currency, billing route and plan on the official site.

The cost of an approved result

Use this planning formula: (subscription allocation + usage charges + external production cost) ÷ approved deliverables. Keep staff review time as a separate line if you want to compare the full operational cost.

For example, a hypothetical $60 monthly allocation that yields twelve approved deliverables costs $5 per approved deliverable before labour. If only six can be used, the same allocation costs $10 each. These are illustrative numbers, not this vendor’s rates.

Questions for the plan comparison

CheckWhy it changes the comparison
Billing periodA monthly equivalent billed annually is a different commitment from monthly billing.
Metered operationCheck how the plan counts work involved in creating product-oriented clips with a synthetic presenter.
Revision allowanceRetries, corrections and alternative outputs may use additional allowance.
Team and export accessThe lowest tier may not include the workflow or final file you require.
Renewal and cancellationConfirm when a change takes effect and what happens to unused allowances.

Run a small evaluation first

Use a product whose shape and label matter. Examine how it appears beside or in the hands of the presenter, then check the corrected export.

Record actual usage after the exercise, then estimate a normal month. Avoid an annual commitment based solely on the vendor’s polished demonstration or the largest theoretical output allowance.
