Start with your workload
To evaluate Vizard pricing, first count the work involved in finding self-contained excerpts in an existing recording. Write down how many usable results you need, how much source material you have and how many people will review the work.
Estimate source minutes processed and the number of people who need access. Output count alone does not describe the work being billed.
The cost of an approved result
Use this planning formula: (subscription allocation + usage charges + external production cost) ÷ approved deliverables. Keep staff review time as a separate line if you want to compare the full operational cost.
For example, a hypothetical $60 monthly allocation that yields twelve approved deliverables costs $5 per approved deliverable before labour. If only six can be used, the same allocation costs $10 each. These are illustrative numbers, not this vendor’s rates.

Run a small evaluation first
Upload a discussion where the answer depends on the question. Check whether each suggested excerpt preserves the context and keeps the speaker correctly framed.
Record actual usage after the exercise, then estimate a normal month. Avoid an annual commitment based solely on the vendor’s polished demonstration or the largest theoretical output allowance.
