AI UGC video generator: write a product-led brief

Create a brief for UGC-style ads without turning fictional speakers into fake customers.

Start with the job

UGC-style describes a presentation style: direct address, familiar settings and a clear product moment. AI production does not make the speaker a customer. Write a demonstration or an explanation, and keep genuine customer experiences separate.

A practical example

For a meal-planning app, open with “Dinner is easier when the shopping list is already written.” Show an actual recipe becoming a list. End with a look at the feature. Do not give a fictional speaker an invented weight-loss result.

Illustrative brief, not a customer result or generated product output.

Build your brief

  • Product facts. Use an approved feature list and current screenshots.
  • Script. Write an opening, a visible demonstration and one next action.
  • Rights. Document permission for voices, likenesses, music and reference footage.

Review before publishing

Review the exported clip with sound off, then with sound on. Check product labels, screen text and whether the speaker implies personal experience. An appealing performance cannot repair an inaccurate claim.

Keep the brief beside the finished creative. You should be able to point to the fact, image or product behaviour behind each statement. Save the approved version with its caption so later edits do not undo the review.
