Prepare the final version

Keep the approved video, caption and destination account in one record. Verify that the product and offer are still current. Scheduling an unfinished draft creates another place where an outdated version can survive.

Check the scheduling route

Use the current native or third-party scheduling options available for your account. Confirm the supported format and any features that require manual action. Record the timezone explicitly and check the planned time again after saving.

Verify the live result

When the post should be live, inspect the account and save its URL. If it failed, resolve the error before duplicating the job. Review the remaining queue when product details, campaign dates or access permissions change.

Your next brief

Put these decisions in writing before you start production. A short brief gives the creator and reviewer the same standard to work towards. Keep the approved source material with the final file so the next version can build on the work rather than start again.

  • Version. Queue the approved export.
  • Time. Record date and timezone.
  • Status. Distinguish scheduled from published.
