Reuse the idea deliberately
A product demonstration can travel across platforms, but its surrounding presentation may need to change. Keep a clean master export and prepare the title, caption, cover and next action for each destination. Confirm the current upload requirements in the publishing tools you use.
Make a destination checklist
Create one row per account with the exact file, copy and scheduled time. Check music rights for each use rather than assuming a track available in one app can be exported everywhere. Review safe placement for text against each platform’s interface.
Confirm each publication
A batch action can succeed on one destination and fail on another. Record the live URL separately for each account. When a correction is needed, check all published versions so one outdated caption is not left behind.
Your next brief
Put these decisions in writing before you start production. A short brief gives the creator and reviewer the same standard to work towards. Keep the approved source material with the final file so the next version can build on the work rather than start again.
- Master. Keep a clean approved source.
- Variants. Adapt copy, cover and audio rights.
- Receipt. Verify each live destination independently.
