Start with the job
Separate the core idea from its platform versions. One demonstration may work on several channels, but the title, caption, cover, music and next action may need different treatment. Record those differences before queuing.
A practical example
Give a product update one campaign ID. Create a row for each destination with its own export, copy, owner and timezone. Mark a row published only after checking the live URL.
Build your brief
- Source. Keep one approved master file.
- Variants. Create destination-specific captions and exports.
- Owner. Assign someone to handle comments and publishing failures.
Review before publishing
Do a final queue review when offers or release dates change. Editing a source document does not necessarily update a version already scheduled elsewhere.
Keep the brief beside the finished creative. You should be able to point to the fact, image or product behaviour behind each statement. Save the approved version with its caption so later edits do not undo the review.
