Sell the item you can actually deliver.

Order and inspect the product before building a campaign around supplier footage. Confirm the variant, finish and packaging match the listing. Content should make expectations more accurate, not hide uncertainty about fulfilment.

One product, three content directions

For a cable organiser, film the adhesive, actual cable capacity and the surface used in the test. State what was shown rather than claiming compatibility with every desk or cable.

  • Explain. An honest product demonstration.
  • Show. A size and compatibility explanation.
  • Answer. An answer to delivery and returns questions.
This is an illustrative content brief, not a measured campaign result.

Before you approve the post

Supplier changes, fulfilment times, stock, returns and permission to use assets.

Keep current product information next to the creative brief. Ask the reviewer to check what the viewer will reasonably understand, not only whether each sentence is literally true. Check the caption and destination as carefully as the video.

Measure the useful next step

Track customer questions and returns alongside purchases. A persuasive post can still be a poor result if it creates the wrong expectation.

Build a repeatable routine

Start with a small batch you can review properly. Keep the strongest idea, save the questions it raises and turn those questions into the next brief. Revisit posts when the product or offer changes so your most useful explanations stay accurate.
