Make every handoff clear enough to act on.
Each client needs an approved source of truth: audience, offer, voice, restrictions and sign-off owner. Separate concept approval from final export approval. Otherwise an approved idea can be mistaken for permission to publish every later revision.
One product, three content directions
For a client launch, approve three concepts first. Produce the selected direction, attach the caption and exact destination, then request final approval against a version number.
- Explain. A client-specific content brief.
- Show. A weekly review of selected concepts.
- Answer. A destination-by-destination publishing checklist.
Before you approve the post
Client permissions, brand claims, asset rights, account ownership and approval records.
Keep current product information next to the creative brief. Ask the reviewer to check what the viewer will reasonably understand, not only whether each sentence is literally true. Check the caption and destination as carefully as the video.
Measure the useful next step
Report results against the agreed service. Content production, account management and paid acquisition are different deliverables.
Build a repeatable routine
Start with a small batch you can review properly. Keep the strongest idea, save the questions it raises and turn those questions into the next brief. Revisit posts when the product or offer changes so your most useful explanations stay accurate.
