Start with the job
An automatic draft is useful only when you can tell whether it is right. Give the tool a named audience, one product task, verified facts and the type of footage you can supply. Ask for separate script and shot directions so you can review each.
A practical example
A budgeting app could open with “Three subscriptions I would check before making another spreadsheet.” Use a demonstration account and show the actual recurring-payment view. Keep the example hypothetical and avoid presenting it as personal financial advice.
Build your brief
- Opening. Name the recognisable situation immediately.
- Middle. Show the action that resolves the situation.
- Close. Suggest one relevant next step instead of several competing requests.
Review before publishing
A draft can misread interface text or add features the product does not have. Compare every scene with the approved brief and replace invented screens with real recordings.
Keep the brief beside the finished creative. You should be able to point to the fact, image or product behaviour behind each statement. Save the approved version with its caption so later edits do not undo the review.
